Pharmacy Access to Contraceptives for Hoosiers Training

The Pharmacy Access to Contraceptives for Hoosiers (PATCH), in collaboration with the Indiana Pharmacy Association, held its inaugural contraceptive training for pharmacists on May 24. This comprehensive program included education on contraceptive methods, the Indiana Standing Order, patient-centered counseling, and health equity practices. Additional sessions are scheduled for June 4 in Clarksville and June 5 in Bloomington.

Wednesday, May 15, the Indiana Pharmacy Association's new Board of Directors for 2024-2025 met for the first time. Chelsea Baker, IPA President led the meeting which included a team-building activity, orientation, and discussions about goals for the upcoming year.

On Monday, May 6th, and Tuesday, May 7th, IPA hosted the NAPLEX and MPJE review. These events brought together 2024 graduates, pharmacists, and residents taking the Indiana law exam or NAPLEX.
