The Indiana Pharmacists Association (IPA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. To receive credit, participants must complete the sign-in-sheet, attend each activity, and complete the online evaluation within ONE WEEK following the activity. Activity Type: Knowledge based. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, IPA has followed CDC guidance to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our membership and the patients they serve. In following CDC guidance, we monitor the COVID-19 Community Level in Allen County. The COVID-19 Community Level, which is classified as low, medium or high, helps communities and individuals make decisions based on their local community and unique needs.
IPA encourages and supports your personal decisions for comfort and safety. At all COVID-19 Community Levels, individuals can wear a mask based on personal preference.
If you are experiencing symptoms, have a positive test or an exposure to someone with confirmed COVID-19, we ask that you do not attend IPA’s Fall Meeting.
