Colleges of Pharmacy

The Indiana Pharmacy Association works closely with the three colleges of pharmacy in Indiana, Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Purdue University College of Pharmacy and Manchester University College of Pharmacy, Natural and Health Sciences. Together, IPA and the colleges work to advance the future of the pharmacy profession in Indiana by providing patient care opportunities for pharmacists, enhancing the level of care provided to Indiana patients, and furthering pharmacy education for both student pharmacists and pharmacists.

At the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, we’re committed to providing innovative and interprofessional educational experiences with a liberal arts perspective.  Along with our renowned Pharmacy program, which originated in 1904, Butler also houses the longest-running Physician Assistant (PA) program in the state of Indiana. We have since evolved to include on-campus Health Sciences programs, as well as an online Doctor of Medical Science, Bridge to Doctor of Medical Science, and a PharmD Online Pathway program. Within all our programs, students are prepared for meaningful healthcare careers through hands-on learning in the classroom, collaborative research opportunities alongside our dedicated and accomplished faculty, and outstanding clinical experiences.

Manchester University’s College of Pharmacy, Natural & Health Sciences prepares students to serve their communities as highly knowledgeable, well-rounded leaders in the sciences.
The North Manchester campus is home to our undergraduate programs, where students build a well-rounded, foundational knowledge in their chosen fields and prepare to excel at the next level, whether it be furthering their studies in a graduate or professional program or starting a career directly after graduation.
Our Fort Wayne location is where master’s and doctoral students complete their studies on their way to professions in athletic training, pharmacy, pharmacogenomics, physical therapy, and nutrition and nutrigenomics. In addition, nursing students seeking an accelerated bachelor of science and third and fourth-year traditional nursing students also study at Manchester University Fort Wayne.
