IPA's top legislative priorities (as determined by our members-only Legislative & Regulatory Council and IPA Board of Directors) are:

-Replacement of MPJE with alternative models of assessing and validating law knowledge. 

-Expanded immunization administration authority to include authority to administer all FDA-approved vaccines when operating under a physician protocol. 

-Expanded technician roles for Nationally Certified pharmacy technicians, such as the ability to receive verbal orders and perform final product verification, if delegated by a supervising pharmacist.  

SB 192 includes IPA's immunization administration language.
