A Successful IPA Residency Showcase: Connecting Future Pharmacists with Residency Opportunities

IPA recently hosted another successful Residency Showcase, bringing together pharmacy students, preceptors, and residency program representatives from across the state and Midwest.

The day began with engaging student programming on residency application tips and tricks – offering insights on how to prepare, stand out, and find the right program fit. In the afternoon, students met directly with residency programs, asked questions, and built meaningful connections with potential preceptors and mentors.

This year's showcase featured over 40 residency programs and around 90 students – an incredible turnout that reflects the growing enthusiasm for residency training in Indiana and beyond.

It was inspiring to see so many motivated students eager to take the next step in their professional journey. Events like this highlight the passion, curiosity, and dedication that make Indiana's pharmacy community so strong.
