Ambulatory Care Affinity Group - Ambulatory Care Clinical Discussion Series
What: The Ambulatory Care Clinical Discussion Series (ACCDS) is a state-wide, monthly, virtual gathering of ambulatory care residents, fellows, and clinical pharmacists. The goal of this series is to update ambulatory care preceptors and clinical specialists about clinically relevant, “hot topics” in Ambulatory Care, and promote networking and idea-sharing among different Indiana ambulatory care practitioners. Audience participation and discussion is highly encouraged! Opportunities for continuing education credit may be available.
When: The monthly meetings take place the 2nd Thursday of the month from 1210-1250 most months of the year.
Meeting format: There will be 2 resident/fellow presenters during each ACCDS. Each resident/fellow will present on an ambulatory care topic that may be a change in practice, a new update, or a debated topic. The resident will then facilitate discussion regarding the topic or difficult clinical question and how it applies to each institution. Attendees are invited to join in the discussion.
Recordings of ACCDS meetings will be linked below starting in 2025.
